One evening when I was getting ready for a big party and the light in the pool went out, Swimm sent over service person after hours to get the bulb replaced! This Summer, when the pool engine went after 15 years, Swimm came out and replaced the engine late on a Friday afternoon so the pool would be functioning for the hot weekend! Week-in, week-out, the pool is clean and comfortable and the staff is prompt and courteous. For what is a very fair price for the annual contract cost, you get the peace of mind of knowing that everything will be taken care of that you will not have to think about chemicals, cleaning, putting the cover on or taking it off, and/or any other maintenance hassles. “We’ve been customers for a few seasons, and have found Swimm to be far more professional, responsive and helpful than the prior company we used for 10+ years. We had a major refurbishment done this year (reseating the entire surround, full plastering and tiling, and new finish). The team started at 8 am on a Saturday with jack hammers, spent a week working and we had a new pool about 10 days later to my amazement.
